Background
So far my journey as a Culinary student at Durham College shows me that I have the knowledge to be better than I thought I can be.
After my recent graduate from Durham College, I found myself more passionate, compassion, and love of cooking.
In late 2018, I got a job offer with The Savoy Hotel in London, I start out as a Commis Chef 1. In early October 2019 I got a job offer at the Sea Container Hotel (Restaurant) the experience working at Sea Container Hotel (Restaurant) gave me something to forward to, after 6 months, I decided that I will return to studies for a degree.

Josh Cheung
My name is Josh Cheung, I was born in Canada, I went to a elementary school at Charles Howitt Public School. I graduated from my elementary school in 2008. I received the biggest achievement ever, I was selected as a student Citizenship Award. In Canada only four students from different province of Canada to receive the award, the award change my perspective, sometimes when we do something good things will go our way.

My journey in the Culinary industry comes to an end, even though it was a short career 6 years in the Culinary industry, the opportunities gave me more confidence in education and my career as a chef, there are so many people that I would like to thank.
